About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to drive operational excellence, manage client accounts, and navigate UAE insurance regulatory standards.
What You Will Do
- Onboarding & Endorsements: Execute policy setups and endorsement processing with accuracy.
- Claims & Approvals: Facilitate reimbursement claim processing and secure pre-approvals.
- Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, insurers, and internal teams.
- Systems & Data: Maintain clean, structured operational data using ERP software.
