  • Daily till and cash reconciliation.
  • Daily bank reconciliation and follow-up of outstanding items.
  • Reconciliation of bank suspense, journal suspense, and Till/R accounts.
  • Posting and reconciliation of customer receivable payments.
  • Preparing and sending Customer Statements of Account (SOA).
  • Posting and processing supplier and marketing invoices.
  • Accounting for vehicle purchases and sales.
  • Accounting for bike purchases and sales.
  • Used car and motorcycle stock creation, including direct purchases.
  • Monthly accruals and related accounting entries.
  • Monthly petty cash confirmation.
  • Annual/Semi-Annual bank KYC and other banking requirements.
  • Reviewing and signing off insurance documentation.
  • Preparation of cheques and payment-related documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting month-end closing activities.
