Age Limit
Apply ചെയ്യുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർഥി 02.01.1986 – 01.01.2008 (ഇരു തീയതികളും ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഇടക്ക് ജനിച്ചവർ ആയിരിക്കണം. അതായത് 18 വർഷം (minimum) – 40 വർഷം (maximum) (01 ജനുവരി 2026 അടിസ്ഥാനം).

Special Conditions
1. ഒരു ജില്ലയ്ക്ക് മാത്രം Apply ചെയ്യണം
ഉദ്യോഗാർഥി ഈ notification-ൽ list ചെയ്ത ഒരൊറ്റ ജില്ലയ്ക്ക് മാത്രം application submit ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. Online application-ൽ ജില്ലയുടെ പേര് clearly note ചെയ്യണം. ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ ജില്ലകളിൽ apply ചെയ്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർഥി select ആയാൽ Ranked List-ൽ നിന്ന് name remove ചെയ്ത് disciplinary action കൈക്കൊള്ളും.
2. Ranked List Validity
ഈ notification പ്രകാരം തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന Ranked List minimum ഒരു വർഷം, maximum മൂന്ന് വർഷം valid ആയിരിക്കും. ഒരു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഇതേ ജില്ലയ്ക്ക് ഈ post-ന് പുതിയ Ranked List publish ആയാൽ ഈ list നിലയ്ക്കും. Ranked List valid ആയ കാലത്ത് report ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒഴിവുകളിലേക്കും ഈ list-ൽ നിന്ന് appointment നൽകും.
3. Transfer Restriction (District Transfer)
ഒരു Revenue District-ൽ നിന്ന് Ranked List-ൽ നിന്ന് appointment ലഭിച്ചാൽ service ആരംഭിച്ച തീയതി മുതൽ 5 വർഷം continuous ആയി ആ ജില്ലയിൽ തന്നെ ജോലി ചെയ്യണം. 5 വർഷത്തിന് ശേഷം transfer ആകണമെങ്കിൽ G.O. (MS) No.36/91/PD (02.12.1991)-ന്റെ rules ബാധകമാണ്. ഇതേ post-ൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ജില്ലയിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ service-ൽ ഉള്ളവർ ഈ notification-ൽ apply ചെയ്യാൻ അർഹതയില്ല (ഉയർന്ന/താഴ്ന്ന posts-ന് apply ചെയ്യാം).
4. ഇടുക്കി, വയനാട്, കാസർഗോഡ് ജില്ലകൾ – 10 വർഷം Transfer ഇല്ല

Kerala PSC Category 21/2026-ന് Application Fee ഒന്നും ഇല്ല. എല്ലാ categories-ലെ ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾക്കും free ആയി apply ചെയ്യാം.
Selection Process
Kerala PSC-യുടെ selection process ഇനി പറയുന്ന stages-ൽ നടക്കും:
Stage 1 – Written / OMR / Online Test (ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ)
Kerala PSC ആവശ്യമെന്ന് കണ്ടാൽ Written/OMR/Online exam നടത്തും. Exam confirm ചെയ്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾ OTR Profile-ൽ Confirmation submit ചെയ്യണം. Stage 2 – Practical Test (Pole Climbing)
Kerala PSC Selection-ന്റെ ഭാഗമായി 9 മീറ്റർ ഉയരമുള്ള Electric Pole 8 മിനിറ്റിനുള്ളിൽ കയറി ഇറങ്ങുന്ന Practical Test നടത്തും. ഈ test-ൽ qualify ചെയ്തവർ മാത്രം selection-ൽ പരിഗണിക്കും.
Stage 3 – Certificate Verification (Document Verification)
Qualification, age, community, physical standards തെളിയിക്കുന്ന original documents Kerala PSC ആവശ്യപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ ഹാജരാക്കണം. Selection process-ൽ ഏത് stage-ൽ ആണെങ്കിലും Profile-ൽ document upload ചെയ്യാൻ message ലഭിച്ചാൽ നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ upload ചെയ്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത stage-ൽ consider ചെയ്യില്ല.
