Key Responsibilities
- E-Invoicing & FTA Reporting: Monitor the uploading and downloading of invoices, ensure timely submission of reports to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), and track and resolve system errors.
- ERP Document Reconciliation: Reconcile accounting documents exported from the ERP system (First Bit), including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Goods Delivery Notes (GDN), and cash documents.
- Documentation & Compliance Support: Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for bank KYC requests, tax audits, and official VAT refund applications.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Software Experience: Hands-on experience working with accounting or ERP software (preferably First Bit or Zoho).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with financial documentation accurately under tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Good command of spoken and written English.
