Key Requirements & Eligibility

• Track Record: Proven experience managing reputable international F&B brands, with a strong preference for candidates from premium coffee concepts (e.g., % Arabica, Starbucks, Costa Coffee, or similar).
• Experience: Strong background in F&B management, specifically high-volume coffee shop operations and multi-unit oversight.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid Kuwait driving license and personal car (preferred).
• Availability: Immediate joiners currently based in Kuwait are highly preferred.

2. Central Kitchen Manager

Overview

• Position: Central Kitchen Manager
• Location: Central Kitchen, Ardiya, Kuwait
• Residency / Visa: Must hold a transferable VISA 18 Ahli
• Nationality: Any Nationality
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Requirements & Expertise

• Experience: 5–10 years in central kitchen operations, specifically in pastry and bakery production.
• Leadership & Management: Proven ability to oversee central and branch kitchen production, optimize workflows, and manage food costing.
