Eligibility & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the food or water production industry.
• ISO and HACCP certifications are mandatory.
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal standards, and AIB practices.
• Skilled in microbiological testing, auditing, and complaint management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the quality assurance program for production lines.
• Implement and maintain ISO, HACCP, and other relevant quality systems.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Lead microbiological testing, interpret results, and act on findings.
• Handle customer complaints and non-conformance reports professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to prevent quality issues.
